1. Charges under Band A are for a 4 hour period*
   Charges under Band B are from 3pm to 12.00am*
   Charges under Band C are from 3pm to 12.00am*

*Monday - Thursday evenings during school terms
are reserved for Scout and Guide group' use
between the hours of 4.00pm and 9.00 pm. Please
check with booking secretary for availability.

1a. 	All events shall end by 12.00am

1b. 	No disco's, Groups, or Bands are
	allowed to perform in the Centre. 
	 
2. 	Local Hire Deposit £40.00

3. 	Outside Hire Deposit £65.00

4. 	A Booking Fee of £15.00 (refundable)
	for Local and Outside Hire will be
	charged.

5. 	The Booking Fee of £15.00 will be
	forfeited if less than 21 days notice
	of the cancellation is given.

6. 	If a Constituent Body cancels with
	less than 7 (seven) days notice, the
	full amount of the hire will be charged.
